Visitors to the Caldwell Zoo can see animals in the African Savanna, North America, South America, African Aquariums, and North American Herpetarium, and Wild Bird Walkabout exhibits. The zoo had the largest African elephant in North America, and was home to the first cheetah club conceived through artificial insemination.
