The Gettysburg Museum and Visitor Center is the hub where visitors can see exhibits related to the historic battlefield. Staff, guides and park rangers here are also able to assist in setting up walking tours of the area.
been coming here for years liked the old museum and visitors center now the new one is very handicapped unfriendly you have to walk up a steep hill although there is room by the front door to add some parking. Now you have to pay for everything except a few gun displays. I am so sorry I gave donations all these years to build this new center and now it is all about paying money for everything. Years ago the museum was free you only paid a small amount for the electric map and Eisenhower estate, but the worst part is the bad handicapped parking I couldn't go even if I wanted to.
