Great Lakes Naval Memorial & Museum

Great Lakes Naval Memorial & Museum opened in 1987 when the USS Silversides arrived at its new home in Muskegon. In 2008, the museum expanded with 16,000 square-feet which includes a wide range of exhibits and displays focusing on the USS Silversides, World War II, the Cold War, marine technology.
