The Honeywell Center was built in 1952 and, after its 1994 expansion, reached 130,000 square feet. The Ford Theatre on its site has a seating capacity of 1,500. It is the home of Eugenia's Restaurant, and an art gallery. It has 14 rooms to be rented for special occasions.
