Keokea Beach Park

Not one of the usual sandy beaches, Keokea Beach Park is a rocky inlet lined with man-made breakwater boulders. Swimming and surfing are discouraged because the water here is rough. However, the park includes a picnic area and a pavillion which offer scenic views of the ocean.
