The nearly 2,000-acre La Purisima State Historical Park is home to 25 miles of hiking trails, livestock and the eleventh of 21 Spanish Missions established in Alta California. The site recreates life during the 1820's, where the residents engaged in blacksmithing, candle making, farming and weaving.
