This is not the photo of the Luray Caverns' Rope Adventure Park. The Rope Adventure, in my opinion, is good for teenagers and adults. It may be fine for 8-12 years old who have an adult with them. I have an 8 & 11 year old who are very active and pretty daring in the playground on jungle gym type things. They were very intimidated and nervous on it and got off as soon as they could. (I am not physically able to go on the Rope Adventure with them.)
