Former rodeo cowboy Tim Kellogg started Meeteese Chocolatier as a way to raise money to buy a new saddle. What started as a short term proposition turned into a chocolate shop using organic products selling champagne, peanut butter, Grand Marnier, sage, huckleberry and beer truffles, chocolate covered pretzels.
