When you charge this much for a movie and snacks, especially when most families struggle financially, then you should give a quality and experience that is exceptional! Dirty, floors, counters, seats, etc...Terrible customer service....Debit kiosk broken down, so only one horrifically long line for cash pay only....everyone talking and texting and bringing crying babies...ridiculous. I went once since moving here, regrettably one year ago...I'll NEVER go back!
