Virginia Theatre is the place where dance, music, film festivals and theatre plays are always welcomed. This year's film festival Ebertfest is a tribute to the late Pulitzer Prize winner Roger Ebert.
This is one of our favorite places to go for movies. They mostly show older movies (think 1940s-1980s), but is EXCELLENT to watch. They have restored it to original decor (late 1890s to early 1900s), with marble bathrooms and beautiful velvet seats and curtains - along with the original organ!! They also have discounted tix and concessions.
